Iman Daryaei, PhD, serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Darya Pharmaceuticals. He leads operational strategy and execution across all radiopharmaceutical and imaging services. With 20 years of experience in drug discovery and development, he brings a unique combination of technical expertise and operational insight gained from roles in both academia and industry.

Iman’s experience in radiopharmaceuticals began with developing small molecule-, peptide-, and antibody fragment-based diagnostics and theranostic agents as the CEO of TheraCea. Iman has supported a wide range of clients—academic researchers, biotech startups, and pharmaceutical companies—by delivering high-quality chemistry and radiopharmaceutical services. His leadership ensures that Darya Pharma operates with precision, efficiency, and a strong commitment to client success.

Iman holds a PhD in biological chemistry and medical imaging, with a minor in entrepreneurship, both from the University of Arizona.
